Michigan-Based Water Damage & Fire Remediation company has been in business for 28 years. We are a Certified firm with the IICRC. We assist homeowners and business owners clean up from these challenges by removing non-restorable materials, disinfecting and/or cleaning, and drying out structures where necessary. Our Family-Owned company is in Ira Township. If you have a background in sales, prospecting, account management, or any other client-driven industry, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

Most of our work comes because of customers experiencing a water, fire, or mold “loss” at their home. These are not scheduled or planned events. Customers can be overwhelmed and of course want to get back to the way their home was before as soon as possible. We need people who are empathetic to these situations and enjoy helping people. We market to companies and organizations who hear about these losses firsthand.

We have an excellent 28-year reputation. We need someone who is confident and proud of that reputation and will promote and strongly encourage businesses like insurance agencies and plumbing companies primarily to recommend our services.

The right candidate will be self-driven and understand that sales are a numbers game. We are not selling by phone. We are out meeting and visiting our referral sources. Plumber meetings typically begin by 7AM. Other businesses such as insurance agents are typically open from 9-5. That means we should be seeing our first agent by 9:30 am and our last appointment should be between 4-4:30pm.

The more people we regularly see, the more jobs we will get. This is a full-time job, not part time.
