Showroom Coordinator

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Greet guests upon arrival in the showroom, learn their motivation and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Communicate appointment policies effectively.
• Manage customer sign‑ins, the appointment book, and customer job folders.
• Maintain the bid follow‑up system and prepare literature packages.
• Send “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• 1–3 years of sales and customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Genesys, and Trilogy software is preferred.
• Attention to detail in task‑oriented responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

• Pay range: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour.
• Eligible for bonus or incentive plan.
• Wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
