Project Sales Consultant – In‑Home Outside Sales

Project Sales Consultants are part of our In‑Home Outside Sales Team. This full‑time, 100% commission/W‑2 role includes benefits where reps typically earn between $45 000 and $80 000, with top performers earning $90 000+ annually.

Reps visit the local sales office once per week and handle the remaining days from home, using pre‑confirmed, pre‑set appointments. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around the rep’s home zip code.

• Travel extensively within the local market area using a personal vehicle.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and carry the required level of auto insurance.
• Be able to lift sample cases of selected home‑improvement products, ranging from 5 lb to 40 lb (< 40 lb individually).
• Be computer proficient.
• Work a 5‑day work week, including Saturdays, with possible additional days based on volume and seasonality; flexible to work afternoon, evening, and weekend hours.
• Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Display excellent customer‑service, listening, and influencing skills with a passion for improving customers’ lives.
• Have a minimum of a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
