• Build meaningful relationships with clients and deliver a premium customer experience
• Guide customers through the entire purchase journey—clear, transparent, and hassle-free
• Demonstrate BMW vehicles with confidence, highlighting features and value
• Maintain accurate and consistent activity in our internal lead management system
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels—face-to-face, phone, text, and email
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions while staying organized and responsive
• Support the overall sales process and contribute to a high-performance team environment

• Background in customer service (hospitality, retail, bartending, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with people
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• A desire to learn and grow within a professional sales career
