Territory Account Associate

Role Overview

The Territory Account Associate is a growth role for high achievers who provide solutions to customers using Amplity resources and solutions. The role engages health‑care providers, reimbursement personnel, practice administrators, key accounts, and integrated delivery network partners to solve customer inquiries through collaboration with subject‑matter experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in clinical dialogue that encourages customers to act on behalf of their patients and understand obstacles to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Identify shared priorities and develop a territory business plan that drives product demand by meeting key partner needs.
  • Collaborate with territory colleagues, field‑based and corporate teams to proactively address customer needs and provide support.
  • Grow knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, industry, and cross‑functional activities to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges.
  • Review territory market data and trends to gain insights into the local business environment and drive pull‑through.
  • Lead virtual and/or live engagements with customers.
  • Participate in planning meetings with key partners to solve customer problems and collaborate across functions to meet needs with urgency.
  • Leverage omni‑channel and multi‑channel options to engage customers compliantly in both face‑to‑face and virtual settings.
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Business‑to‑business experience.
  • Self‑starter, highly motivated to over‑achieve.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Track record of outside sales experience.
  • Business acumen and thoughtful approach to gathering, prioritizing, and applying information for problem‑solving and customer needs.
  • Strong ability to learn, apply, and communicate product knowledge and disease‑state information quickly.
  • Compliance focused; fully complies with company policies and laws.
  • Residency within territory or within a reasonable commuting distance of no more than 50 miles from the territory border.
  • Ability to travel 60‑80% over a broad geography; must be able to drive and/or fly within the territory.
  • Must successfully complete all required training.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Adoption of Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting software.
Compensation & Benefits

This is a salaried position offering bonus potential, a comprehensive benefits package including dental, medical, vision, 401(k), company‑funded long‑term and short‑term disability, life insurance, wellness programs, company‑paid holidays, generous PTO, and more. Salary is approximately $85,000 – $87,000. The displayed salary range may vary based on market data, applicant skills, prior experience, certifications, and other relevant factors.

Credentialing Requirements

Representatives may need to submit and maintain credentials such as training, vaccinations, and other documentation to access hospitals or healthcare providers. Certain jurisdictions may require specific licenses. At this time, representatives in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, State of Oregon, or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami‑Dade County, Florida, may be required to obtain specific licenses.
