Role Overview

The Oncology Sales Specialist is a key member of our customer‑facing organization and is responsible for partnering with customers to address identified needs, educating key stakeholders about our leading immunotherapy compound, and communicating our vision to the larger Oncology community.

Field‑based responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Ann Arbor Territory.
  • Territory includes Ann Arbor, Royal Oak, Southfield, Commerce, Dearborn, Monroe and Garden City.
  • Must travel to visit customers and attend national sales meetings/industry conferences.
  • Travel and overnight requirements vary based on location.
General Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product value and positioning against competition.
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers, meeting key stakeholders to understand practice structure.
  • Apply knowledge of cancer staging, treatment options, dosing schedules and clinical trials.
  • Analyze trends in a complex buying environment.
  • Develop short- and long‑term account plans with stakeholders and share learnings.
  • Influence beyond geography, ask strategic questions, collaborate on customized strategy.
  • Collaborate with extended customer team for a consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6‑8 years sales experience, or high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years oncology field sales experience.
  • Equivalent experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, marketing or military.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong performance history in sales, marketing or clinical role.
  • Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Experience
  • Strong performance in oncology clinical role.
  • Experience across multiple solid tumors, including Urology or Hematology.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $ – $. Successful candidates are eligible for an annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
