RXO is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative in Michigan to source and secure carriers, negotiating rates and coordinating freight movements across North America. You’ll build strong carrier relationships and maintain open lines of communication with shippers and carriers to ensure on-time, cost-effective service.
You’ll schedule pickups, monitor routes, and use RXO systems to track shipments, while conducting market research and outreach to develop new carrier partnerships and grow our network.
