We are looking for Business Development & Account Manager for Coşkunöz Tooling and Manufacturing Co.
Coşkunöz Tooling and Manufacturing Co.was established in Michigan, USA, in 2026. Serving the automotive industry, the company provides die modification, maintenance, adaptation/optimization, and commissioning services for production tooling. In addition, it offers feasibility, engineering, and quality support throughout vehicle design and development processes, focusing on the manufacturability of sheet metal parts as well as improvements related to quality requirements, assembly, and body fit.
Key Responsibilities- New Business:
Identify new potential customers, create fresh business opportunities, and ensure long-term growth. - Customer Relations:
Maintain and improve relationships with existing customers through regular visits & communications. - Company Promotion:
Promote Coskunoz’s capabilities and brand to prospective customers. - RFQ & Market Intelligence:
Follow up on RFQs, analyze customer/competitor price levels, and gather comparative feedback from customers on submitted proposals. - Strategic Growth:
Develop new business models and strategies to increase company revenue. - Post-Delivery Coordination:
Coordinate with local partner shops to complete shipped tooling/dies according to customer requirements. - Internal Coordination:
Act as the main bridge between US customers, partner shops, and internal teams.
- Experience:
5+ years of B2B sales or account management in the US automotive, tooling, or stamping sectors. - Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of stamping dies and tooling to manage customer requirements and local partner modifications. - Partner Management:
Ability to coordinate and manage external technical contractors or partner tool shops. - Communication:
Strong communication skills to align US customers with internal engineering and production teams. - Travel:
Willingness to travel regularly within the US for customer and partner visits.
