Job Description
NSF is looking to add experienced Chemistry Scientists II to our GCMS Group. Persons with good lab skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform analytical laboratory procedures following defined processes and standard operating procedures.
Perform basic instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting.
Follow quality and documentation requirements for all laboratory work.
Follow all safety and ethics requirements.
QualificationsBS/BA in a directly related science field or an equivalent combination of experience and coursework.
1 to 5 years of related experience in an analytical testing laboratory.
Knowledge of standard lab procedures and instrumentation, preferably GCMS.
Able to work well in a production team environment with strong organizational skills.
Consistent attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills.
Computer skills with laboratory LIMS and instrumentation software.
