Location:
Ann Arbor, MI
- Signing visitors in and out
- Taking phone calls
- Looking for signs of intrusion
- Investigating disturbances
- Contacting the police in case of emergency
- Operating surveillance systems
- Must pass a criminal background check. Must have a clean background.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
- Experience with conflict resolution.
- Customer service skills.
- Education:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred. - Proven success in job competencies.
- Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to work with team members and clientele to manage risk and ensure compliance.
- Ability to deal with and resolve problems in a professional manner.
- Professional appearance.
- Associate’s Degree Preferred
- 3 years experience in law enforcement, military, security or related field
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with multi-video surveillance is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Background
- Reliable transportation
Available shifts:
Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm
Pay: up to $17/hr, based on experience
