Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions, we’re passionate about delivering clean, safe, great-tasting water through top-tier filtration, softening, and purification systems. We’re growing fast and looking for a talented Install & Service Technician to join our high-performing team.

• Install water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis units in homes and businesses
• Perform maintenance and inspections of water treatment systems to ensure proper operation
• Diagnose pressure issues, leaks, and system failures
• Ensure workmanship meets company standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create “WOW” experiences
• Work independently, but always backed by a supportive team

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various water treatment systems
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Water Treatment Technician Certification) are preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in water treatment installation and service, or a related field preferred but not required
• Comfortable working with tools and performing light plumbing connections
• Professional, reliable, and great with customers
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks
