** We currently have an opening for a Field Service Technician in Ann Arbor, MI
**** Role:
** Working as a Field Service Technician for TSi, you’ll be responsible for travelling to client sites and carrying out assigned tasks to repair, maintain and install a variety of security systems, whilst providing outstanding customer service to clients.
** Requirements:
*** You’ll need to have a good understanding of a wide range of security systems with experience in Lenel and C-cure being a great benefit, however a well-rounded knowledge of brands is highly advantageous for this role.
* You must be able to carry out tasks to a high standard and follow company installation standards along with providing outstanding customer service to clients.
* Be comfortable working at heights (as required, climbing ladders etc.)
* Be responsible for performing preventative maintenance across client sites.
* Should ideally have at least 2 years “hands-on” experience in a similar role.
* Great networking and programming skills with access control and video systems.
* You’ll need to hold a valid and clean drivers license to travel to locations as needed.
* Part of an on-call rota.
