We are seeking an experienced Siding Subcontractor who can confidently run a crew and deliver high-quality exterior work. The ideal candidate has strong skills in siding installation, job-site coordination, and leading teams to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a siding crew on active job sites.
- Plan daily tasks and manage workflow to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure proper installation of all siding materials and related exterior components.
- Maintain job-site safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate clearly with project managers, homeowners, and other subcontractors.
- Verify all work meets quality and manufacturer standards.
- Proven experience in siding installation (vinyl, fiber cement, LP, metal, etc.).
- Ability to run a crew independently.
- Strong understanding of exterior building systems and weatherproofing.
- Ability to read plans and scopes of work.
- Reliable transportation and a full set of tools.
$70,000 per year
