Qualifications
  • Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 2+ years of hands‑on drain and sewer experience with Hammerhead and Bolden direct CIPP installation responsibility
  • 4+ years with lead or independent project experience
  • Experience with jetting equipment, cable machines, and CCTV inspection/reporting
  • Ability to operate a truck and trailer
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift up to 75+ lbs
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and working outdoors in all weather
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Ability to read work orders and project drawings
  • A Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber license, enrollment in an apprenticeship program, NASSCO PACP/MACP experience, familiarity with pipeline condition coding, experience with CIPP equipment (e.g., Perma‑Liner, LMK, NuFlow), and experience in residential, multi‑unit, and light commercial sewer applications (preferred)
  • OSHA 10/30 certification and confined space entry training (desired)
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Schedule

This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position with a 7 AM–4 PM baseline, extended hours on lining days, no mandatory on‑call, and home dispatch available.

Responsibilities

As our Drain, Sewer, and CIPP Rehabilitation Technician, you will start your day reviewing work orders before heading to the jobsite. Your tasks will include cleaning and jetting sewer lines, conducting CCTV inspections, and determining rehabilitation strategies. You will install CIPP liners, manage cure cycles, reinstate services, and perform post‑installation inspections. On some days, you may lead a small crew for repairs or replacements, ensuring clear communication and maintaining a safe jobsite, knowing the system you serviced is built to last.
