Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen in Ann Arbor, MI is actively seeking a full-time Lead Carpenter to independently manage one to two residential remodeling projects from start to finish, overseeing all on‑site construction activities including trade partners, while supporting both design‑build and Home Services work within our Production Department. This Lead Carpenter position comes with a competitive hourly wage. QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in residential carpentry
Minimum of 3 years' experience in tile installation (flooring, back splashes, and/or showers)
Physical ability to perform the required functions of the job, including the ability to lift up to 80 lbs
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A LEAD CARPENTERIndependently manage 1–2 residential remodeling projects from start to finish
Lead daily on‑site execution, coordinating employees and trade partners
Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards
Serve as primary on‑site contact for clients throughout the project
Oversee both design‑build remodeling and Home Services work as assigned
Maintain overall jobsite organization, safety, and workflow efficiency
