The Production Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Rapids, MI, responsible for overseeing daily roofing production activities and leading field crews. This role coordinates job schedules, assigns tasks, and ensures crews have the materials, equipment, and information needed to complete projects safely and efficiently. The Production Foreman monitors workmanship and quality standards, verifies that projects meet specifications, and addresses on‑site issues promptly with solutions-focused thinking.

Daily responsibilities include communicating with project managers and customers, enforcing safety protocols, tracking progress against production goals, and documenting work completed. The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong organization, and the ability to support a team in delivering reliable, high‑quality roofing results.

• Ability to read and interpret plans, scopes of work, and project documentation; strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in roofing or construction management are beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on‑site in varying weather conditions; commitment to company values and a team‑first mindset.
