Fathom Plumbing Solutions is hiring a full‑time Drain, Sewer & CIPP Rehabilitation Technician based out of Ann Arbor, MI, serving the Midwest and Great Lakes region.

Pay- $28–$45 per hour based on verified experience, CIPP method proficiency, and licensure

Requirements- Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
- 2+ years of hands‑on drain and sewer experience with Hammerhead and Bolden direct CIPP installation responsibility
- 4+ years with lead or independent project experience
- Experience with jetting equipment, cable machines, and CCTV inspection/reporting
- Ability to operate a truck and trailer
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift up to 75+ lbs
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and outdoors in all weather
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read work orders and project drawings
Preferred:
Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber license, enrollment in an apprenticeship program, NASSCO PACP/MACP experience, familiarity with pipeline condition coding, experience with CIPP equipment (e.g., Perma‑Liner, LMK, NuFlow), and experience in residential, multi‑unit, and light commercial sewer applications. OSHA 10/30 certification and confined space entry training are also desired.
This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position with a 7 AM–4 PM baseline, extended hours on lining days, no mandatory on‑call, and home dispatch available.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Drain, Sewer, and CIPP Rehabilitation Technician, you'll review work orders and head to the jobsite. Your tasks include cleaning and jetting sewer lines, conducting CCTV inspections, determining rehabilitation strategies, installing CIPP liners, managing cure cycles, reinstating services, and performing post‑installation inspections. On some days you'll lead a small crew for repairs or replacements, ensuring clear communication and maintaining a safe jobsite.
