Contract Details- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 4 months (with possible extension contract with client is being taken over, possible to move to the new contract owner)
- Pay Rate: $25.00 $ 27.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM; possible overtime

As a Mobile Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and ground requests. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. The candidate will be working independently out of their van and will keep in touch with their facility manager.
This is a client-facing role; locations are banks.
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
- Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
- Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- Complete daily work orders including general maintenance, light plumbing, basic electric, and painting/patching.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs), including checking fire extinguishers and changing filters.

- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
- Advanced HVAC or plumbing skills
- EPA certification
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required; trade school preferred
- In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Valid Driver's License required
- 1 3 years of job-related experience
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs/ladders
- Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
- Candidate will work independently out of a company-provided van with all necessary tools
- Candidate will be assigned a cell phone and a tablet
- Background check package: CBRE Safety Specific with drug screen & MVR
- Overtime may be required
