Not necessarily having every tool, but having most and knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.

Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

• Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and inquires about additional work that could be performed.

• 10+ years of handyman experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Own truck or van and tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
