Core Spaces is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at our student housing communities in Ann Arbor, MI. You will complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and handle groundskeeping tasks as directed by your supervisor.
You should have 3+ years of maintenance experience, basic knowledge of MEP systems, and be able to diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and appliance issues. A valid driver's license and willingness to work evenings or weekends are preferred.
