Mobile HVAC Technician
Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related building systems.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to support operational efficiency and compliance.
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment maintenance.
High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred certifications include Universal CFC recovery certification.
Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights, and operate ladders up to 30 feet.
