* * As an Electrician, you will support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including but not limited to robots, CNC lathes, mills, conveyors, induction heating systems, and forging presses.
* Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical and control system issues using PLC troubleshooting techniques and effective repair methods.
* Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, equipment specifications, and technical documentation to complete repairs and installations.
* Conduct preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance inspections to minimize equipment downtime.
* Safely operate and utilize electrical tools and testing equipment, including hand tools, conduit benders, megger insulation testers, and voltage/amperage measuring devices.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established procedures and company standards.
* Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as all MIOSHA and Dauch safety policies and procedures.
** Compensation:
** The starting wage for this position is **$38.23 per hour**, plus a shift premium for off-shift assignments:

Shift: ** +$0.75 per hour
* ** 3rd

Shift: ** +$0.75 per hour
** Required Skills and Education
*** Experience with relay logic, motors, motor starters and control circuits for AC & DC Motors.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work as a team or independently with little supervision.
* Shift flexibility is essential. Preferred
** Preferred:
*** PLC experience with Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley and GE Fanuc
* Journeyman's Card (Electrician)
