Job Description

McCarver Mechanical Heating & Cooling in Warren is looking for experienced installers for immediate full‑time positions. Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical training/education. Residential and light commercial applications. Competitive hourly wages determined by experience.

• Maintenance Tech:
  Understand and perform preventive maintenance checklists, document issues, and repair systems to full potential and efficiency.
• Service/Boiler Tech/Installer:
  Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and boilers, make accurate repairs; work at a fast pace in a changing environment while remaining productive and efficient.
• Must have own hand tools and diagnostic equipment and EPA Universal Certification.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Complete all necessary paperwork. Be dependable and accountable.

• Professional and dependable.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Minimum 2 years HVAC experience (required); 3 years overall.
• EPA Type II certification.
