Job Description

The Automation Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and support of product-specific automated work cells to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. Key responsibilities include responding to downtime situations to restore machine operation, performing preventative maintenance on automated work cells, properly documenting maintenance performed, and evaluating potential future maintenance needs and issues. The technician will also be required to perform process verification procedures on automated work cells and follow process deviation procedures when changing parameters.

Hard Skills

• Automation equipment troubleshooting
• Mechanical repair
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC Controllers
• Knowledge of Siemens Controllers
• Experience with Fanuc or Staubli robotics
• Hydraulic repair

Shift

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
