Requirements:
- Two to five years of mechanical maintenance experience
- Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC experience
- High school diploma, trade certification, or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Landscaping, janitorial, construction, or specialty floor-care experience preferred
- Applicable licenses and certifications
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to read safety procedures and technical instructions
- Basic Microsoft Office and mobile technology skills
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and building codes
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Ability to work around machinery, electrical hazards, chemicals, and varying weather conditions
Job Duties:
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
- Complete minor plumbing and electrical work
- Repair drywall and complete painting and carpentry tasks
- Maintain HVAC and other building systems
- Conduct service and asset inspections
- Complete work orders using a tablet or smartphone
- Submit service reports, inspection photos, timesheets, and expense records
- Obtain materials and supplies
- Provide estimates for larger projects
- Communicate service updates to customers and internal teams
- Attend required safety training and meetings
- Follow company, OSHA, and regulatory requirements
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
