Annual Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000 + Company Van + Full Benefits

My Handyman of Ann Arbor, Saline & Chelsea is a locally owned and operated franchise of Neighborly — the world's largest home services organization. We've built a reputation in Washtenaw and Southern Livingston Counties for quality workmanship, professionalism, and a customer experience that keeps people coming back. Now we're growing, and we're looking for a talented craftsperson to grow with us.

• No two days are the same. You'll tackle a wide variety of projects for homeowners across the Ann Arbor area, including:
• Trim carpentry and finish work
• Drywall installation and repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• Light electrical and light plumbing
• Flooring installation and repair
• Deck restoration and outdoor projects
• General home maintenance and repairs
• You'll communicate directly with clients, keep job sites clean and organized, and uphold our commitment to safety and excellence on every project.

• 5+ years of paid experience in carpentry and handyman work
• Owns their own tools and equipment
• Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 18 years of age or older
• Lives within 20 miles of Ann Arbor, MI
• Excellent people skills — clients will love working with you
• Is comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and communication
