Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters for projects located in or around Ann Arbor, MI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Remove existing ceiling grid systems, lighting, and insulation
• Install new insulation throughout the project area
• Install new ceiling grid systems and lighting
• Work from knuckle boom lifts up to 40 feet and scissor lifts
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all job-site safety standards

Requirements:

• Must have strong carpentry experience
• Foreman-level abilities preferred
• Must be certified to operate knuckle boom lifts up to 40 feet
• Must be certified to operate scissor lifts
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
