Carpenter - Jack Trades

Gillmann Service is seeking a skilled Jack of all Trades Carpenter to join our team, specializing in the precise installation of interior and exterior finishing elements that enhance the aesthetic and functional quality of building projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in trim carpentry, framing, and related craftsmanship, ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail. Duties

• Measure, cut, and install finish carpentry components such as baseboards, crown molding, window casings, door frames, and custom trim with accuracy and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation aligned with project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform carpentry tasks including framing, caulking, and fixture installation.
• Perform surface preparation activities such as sanding, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration to achieve smooth finishes.
• Assist with fabrication and assembly of custom woodwork or metal fixtures using CNC machinery or manual techniques.
• Install siding, roofing components, cabinetry, doors, flooring, tile work, and other architectural features as required.
• Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.
