Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician for the night shift (10:45pm–7:15am), Sunday through Thursday. The role involves responding to and repairing a wide range of building systems within THAA, coordinating with trade groups as needed.
You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance tasks, log activities in the CMMS, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
