- Mercedes Benz Ann Arbor Are you a skilled technician with experience in diesel engines, commercial vehicles, fleet maintenance, or Mercedes-Benz service? We are looking for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Technician who takes pride in delivering quality repairs, advanced diagnostics, and exceptional customer service. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing dealership team with state-of-the-art equipment, ongoing manufacturer training, and a strong pipeline of Sprinter van business.

Sign-On and Relocation package available Whether you already have Mercedes-Benz experience or come from a strong diesel, fleet, medium-duty truck, or commercial vehicle background, we want to hear from you.

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and commercial vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
• Utilize factory diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer repair procedures
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, diesel, transmission, and drivability concerns
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Previous experience as an automotive, diesel, fleet, commercial vehicle, or Mercedes-Benz technician
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with diesel engines preferred
• Mercedes-Benz certifications are a plus
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
