Commercial HVAC Service Technician Toledo, OH | Northern Ohio & Southeast Michigan Union Position | Full-Time | $Union Scale | Overtime Available
Campbell Mechanical Services is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial customers throughout Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
You'll work on a variety of commercial HVAC and mechanical equipment, handling troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and service calls. This is a strong opportunity for a technician who wants consistent work, union benefits, continued training, and long-term career stability with an established mechanical contractor.

What You'll Be Doing- Service and repair commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
- Diagnose heating, cooling, ventilation, and equipment problems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC control systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment testing
- Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend repair solutions
- Respond to commercial service calls throughout the territory
- Complete detailed service tickets, reports, and equipment documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, facility managers, and coworkers
- Follow company, safety, and applicable union requirements
- Work safely on ladders and around elevated equipment when required
We're looking for a technician who can confidently troubleshoot commercial equipment and work independently in customer facilities.
Required:- Commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems
- EPA Universal Certification
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work in commercial and industrial environments
- Comfortable working at heights and from ladders
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- HVAC trade school or technical training
- Journeyman status or ability to obtain Journeyman status
- Additional experience with commercial controls or building automation
- Union-scale wages

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
