Social Worker, Crisis Counselor

RCM Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team within the educational sector. This role focuses on addressing the psychological and social well-being of students ranging from elementary to high school. The successful candidate will work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive environments and intervention strategies that promote student success both academically and personally.

Responsibilities

• Assess student needs and provide emotional and psychological support.
• Develop intervention strategies to address various social and behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student needs.
• Maintain case documentation and records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Facilitate group or individual counseling sessions as needed.
• Act as a liaison between students, school, home, and the community.
• Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies.
