Community Care Organization in Harper Woods, MD is seeking a Youth Advocate/Life Skill Coach to supervise and support youth using the Life Skills Building Model. You will provide curriculum facilitation, case management, and data reporting while coordinating with social service workers for treatment planning.
You will respond to emergencies, advocate for youth/families, and maintain strong connections with community resources. Evening and weekend availability is required.
