The Role

Lead the creation of a 3D geometry + machine learning engine that transforms raw, chaotic geometry into flawless, manufacturable reality — a problem no one else has solved at scale. The systems you build will become the invisible engine driving breakthroughs across FitX — shaping what’s possible far beyond geometry itself.

This is your territory: you find creative ways to build, push the boundaries of what’s possible, and carve the path from first principles.

Your first challenge:
Rapidly deliver an ML-augmented pipeline that turns raw, noisy, incomplete consumer scans into watertight, manufacturing-ready geometry - high throughput, fully automated, and CAD/CAM ready.

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in 3D geometry and ML for shape processing — whether in medical imaging, robotics, AR/VR, or related domains
• Proven ability to work from raw, imperfect 3D data toward manufacturable outputs
• Familiarity with techniques such as point-cloud registration, geometric deep learning, topology repair, and surface reconstruction
• Rapid learning and comfort applying research ideas to uncharted, real-world problems
• A founder’s mindset: proactive, self-directed, and motivated to build what’s never been built before
