The roles we currently have on our Engineering team include:

• Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer
• Dev Ops Engineer / SRE
• Incident Detection Engineer
• Engineering Leadership

• Start‑up Mentality:
  You are pragmatic and focused on delivering value to customers through iteration rather than getting bogged down by process.
• AI Proficiency:
  You leverage AI development tools like Github Copilot and Gemini in a deliberate and effective way, while also understanding their limitations and maintaining accountability for your work.
• CI/CD:
  You have knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery practices.
• Cloud Proficiency:
  You are familiar with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and have experience running containerized applications.
• Leadership & Ownership:
  You have a passion for learning and continual improvement, and are comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to make your work even better.
• Quality & Testing:
  You are committed to code quality and have experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test‑driven development.
• System Design:
  You have demonstrable experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and highly available systems.
• Technical Foundation:
  You possess a strong understanding of web security principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
