Software Engineer
Quantum Compliance, a Logic Solutions Company, provides Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) software solutions that help businesses implement and maintain compliant and sustainable EH&S practices. Our solution offers an integrated, enterprise-wide Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) platform that simplifies a corporation’s EH&S information management, increases workplace safety, and reduces risk exposure to regulatory citations.
We are looking for a scrappy, resourceful Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. If you are a self-starter who loves solving puzzles and is eager to build software that has a real-world impact, this is the place for you. You will support the development of our EHS Information Management Systems by building new features, fixing bugs, and helping with data migrations.
You’ll be joining a team that values grit and curiosity over a long list of previous titles.
- Eager Learner: A “founder’s mindset” with a desire to learn the intricacies of EHS regulations and how they translate into software logic.
- Problem Solver: Ability to look at a data discrepancy or a software bug and methodically find a solution.
- Resourceful: You don’t wait for a manual; you are eager to research tools and techniques to get the job done.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to coordinate with a remote or hybrid team effectively.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience (including internships or a strong portfolio of personal projects). Experience with data formats like Excel and SQL is a plus.
