Position: Software Developer (up to $180,000)
Roadload is seeking a skilled software developer to join our growing team.

Roadload has set out to revolutionize the moving and storage industry. We are building software that powers a new, streamlined business model that ties together moving companies throughout the country into a single unified network.

As a small team, we are looking for a talented developer who is comfortable working on complex problems. We move quickly to implement and test ideas and then to iterate and refine them. We spend a fair amount of time bouncing ideas off each other and you would be contributing to our critical problem solving process.

Working here you will have the chance for your code to have a positive material impact on thousands of people. Our focus on execution speed is second only to our unwillingness to compromise quality.

Front end website code uses .Net Razor pages with vanilla JavaScript and jQuery. The back end server code is .Net C# with a Postgre

SQL database. Our mobile apps are built with .Net MAUI. Experience in elements of this stack is a plus, but not a requirement.

* Everything is under version control using Git

* Concerning project management, we are not doing anything as heavy weight as what agile has become. We are close to some kind of rapid prototyping meets kanban hybrid. xrlwcon
