Software Engineer, Salesforce Developer
Description
The MBA admissions team obtained Salesforce last year and is looking to expand its utilization. This team is a big fan of Salesforce and has a long list of projects requiring additional Salesforce talent. This project specifically is related to Deferred Enrollment. We need a Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of solutions within the Salesforce platform. The role focuses on leveraging declarative tools, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Flow, to build scalable and efficient business processes without relying on custom code.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining complex Flows, including record-triggered, screen, and scheduled automations. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and analysts to translate requirements into thoughtful, well‑architected solutions that align with platform best practices. A key part of the role involves evaluating business needs and implementing maintainable, declarative solutions using standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation tools.
The developer will also troubleshoot and resolve system and automation issues, continuously improving performance and usability across the platform. Collaboration is essential; the developer will partner with cross‑functional teams on Flow design and declarative development strategies.
