Description Responsibilities
- Leverage Generative AI models to automate ticket triage, escalation routing, engineer shift assignments, and knowledge retrieval.

- Machine Learning Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Power Platform technologies.
- Exposure to enterprise workflow automation and digital transformation strategies.
- Practical skills in AI-driven process optimization and data visualization.
- B.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks
Base Pay Range: $67,500.00 - $ Annually
