Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Omni Studio Developer to support a key initiative focused on delivering scalable, customer-centric digital solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will play a critical role in designing and building solutions using Omni Studio (Vlocity) components, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality, efficient implementations.

• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Omni Studio components:
  OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Flex Cards
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, and other developers
• Ensure performance optimisation and scalability of solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the platform
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Maintain documentation and best practices

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with Omni Studio (Vlocity)
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud)
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
