Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and data pipelines for educational tools.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, researchers, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and optimize database schemas and queries to support analytics and reporting.
- Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews following best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python and Java for backend development, and JavaScript for front‑end components.
- Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient queries.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
