Experience Required- PGA Level 1 Associate status preferred
- Two or more years of experience as an Assistant Golf Professional preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Deliver exceptional service to members, resort guests, and daily‑fee players
- Assist in training, supervising, scheduling, and developing player services and golf shop staff
- Oversee daily operational areas including the golf car fleet, practice facilities, club storage, member locker rooms, and pace‑of‑play initiatives
- Assist in managing inventory control, merchandising strategy, and retail presentation
- Support and help lead all daily golf shop operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute member events, corporate outings, tournaments, and large‑scale resort events
- Play golf with members, course raters, media representatives, and invited guests as a representative of Forest Dunes
