Job Description
Full-time Store General Manager position at Domino’s Pizza, responsible for day‑to‑day operations, profit and loss, employee management, and ensuring superior customer service.
You will oversee all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash management, customer relations, and adherence to company policies and procedures. You must set the example and expect the same from the crew.

General duties for all store team members: operate all equipment; stock ingredients; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily.
Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
Communication Skills
- Ability to give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone or in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
- Accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid, accurate movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Campaigns require standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing as described below:
- Standing – most tasks performed while standing.
- Walking – short distances and surfaces include ceramic tile/brick with linoleum; height of work surfaces 36”–48”.
- Sitting – paperwork typically completed at a desk or table.
- Lifting – bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 lbs, stacked up to 72” high.
- Carrying – large cans 3 lbs 7 oz, pizza sauce 30 lbs, trays of dough (~12 lbs each).
- Pushing – moving trays on dollies up to 24”–30” requiring force up to 7.5 lbs.
- Climbing – infrequently navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance.
Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customers and distribute flyers and door hangers.
Requisites- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product.
- Carrying – pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
- Driving – deliver pizzas within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
- Walking – travel between store and vehicle and from vehicle to customers.
- Climbing – navigate five or more flights of stairs during deliveries.
Forward bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are common during food preparation and store maintenance. The job may also involve exposure to favorable weather conditions when delivering products.
