365 Freight USA seeks new CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program. You’ll train 4–6 weeks with an experienced mentor, then move into your own truck and drive solo. Earn $1,600–$1,800 per week after training with full benefits after completion.
You’ll learn safe driving, trip planning, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and dispatch communication, gaining real-world experience before starting solo over the road.
