The Shipping and Receiving coordinator oversees the shipping and receiving operations who manage and direct in the set-up of order receipt and order shipping.
- Work Order Entry/ Prepare shipping documents.
- Scheduling trucks, rate negotiations with various carriers/ provide freight rates
- Maintain daily shipping report
- customer support with orders; tracking material, shipping, updates,
- working closely with other departments to ensure orders
- Helping assist drivers with paperwork
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience preferred/ Shipping Experience preferred.
