Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to support our production team by keeping materials, warehouse operations, and project logistics running smoothly. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials arrive where they need to be, when they need to be there, so our projects stay on track.

This Warehouse Coordinator position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25–$30 per hour, based on experience. We provide strong benefits including health, dental, vision, supplemental insurance options, a 401k with employer contributions, paid time off (PTO), holidays, employee appreciation events, and team-building activities.

Full-time employees also receive additional perks such as tool and work-related allowances depending on role responsibilities.

Candidates may choose one of the following schedules:

  • Four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday)
  • Five 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)

ABOUT DREAMMAKER BATH & KITCHEN We are a complete design‑to‑build interior remodeling company that manages everything from initial design through construction and warranty. We have served the Ann Arbor area since 2003, delivering high‑quality remodeling services with a strong focus on organization, communication, and craftsmanship.

In addition to full remodels, we also provide ongoing Home Services support for warranty work, small projects, and repairs. This allows us to support our clients long after the initial project is complete while maintaining a high standard of service and responsiveness. QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of warehouse experience
  • Physical ability to perform all tasks required, including lifting up to 80 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Familiarity with construction materials and terminology preferred
  • Ability to safely lift and handle materials and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional systems
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance requirements
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
  • Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and staging of materials in the warehouse
  • Receive and process materials using purchase orders and follow through on any material issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and complete transfers as needed
  • Support job‑site progress by ensuring materials are ready and delivered on schedule
  • Operate and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment, including forklifts
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and efficient
  • Pick up materials from vendors and coordinate deliveries to job sites or clients as needed
  • Schedule dumpster swaps based on project demolition timelines
  • Communicate material arrivals, issues, returns, and warranty items to appropriate teams
  • Maintain production supplies and tool inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and availability
  • Track costs accurately to projects and support purchasing decisions for stock items
  • Schedule and coordinate client material deliveries and assist with logistics planning as needed
  • Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and coordinate service for company vehicles and equipment
  • Obtain bids, schedule repairs, and maintain vehicle and equipment records
  • Support vehicle usage coordination, including scheduling and maintenance tracking
  • Partner with leadership on fleet planning and future equipment needs
  • Assist Marketing with coordination and maintenance of vehicle wraps as needed
