Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation - Outpatient
Physical Therapist / Anna, TX — Full Time

Salary range: $80,080.00 - $. Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience. Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with orthopedic experience and manual therapy skills to join our team in Anna, TX. This clinic serves a variety of populations including ortho, sports, vestibular, post-op/prehab, fall prevention, and worker's compensation. Candidates should be hardworking, motivated, and eager to learn. Outpatient experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient case load average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
Qualifications
  • Doctorate or equivalent in Physical Therapy (as applicable)
  • Orthopedic experience and manual therapy skills preferred
  • Outpatient experience preferred but not required
  • Active physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state
