Embark Care is Seeking Caregivers in Collin Co for multiple cases.

Anna - 8hrs/week - $15/hr

Tues and Thur 8:00am-11:00am

Friday 8:00am-10:00am

Rockwall - 28hrs/week - $15-$16/hr

Sat & Sun 8am-12pm ($16/hr)

Mon-Fri 5:00pm-9:00pm ($15/hr)

Plano - 4hrs/week - $15/hr

1 day a week - tbd

McKinney - 8hrs/week - $15

4hrs 2x/week TBD

Requirements (Must Have)

• Verifiable personal assist caregiver experience

  - Two professional references/One personal reference

• Reliable transportation & current auto insurance

• Ability to pass background, EMR, and drug screenings

- Preferred:

• Memory care experience

• Transfer equipment experience (gait belt, Hoyer, etc.)

• Personal care

• Stand by Personal Care assistance

• Safe transfers

• Companionship

• Light housekeeping

• Ability to Understand and Follow care plans
