Frontpoint Health is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist in Anna, Texas, to provide direct patient care to home-bound patients. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, evaluating progress, and working with healthcare teams to improve patient independence and quality of life. Candidates must hold a current Texas OT License and a Certification in BSL/CPR.
Experience with Home Care Home Base software is preferred but not required. A valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance are necessary for this role.
