Caretaker Assistant

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated caretaker's assistant (m/f/d) full-time/part-time, starting immediately or by arrangement.

• Conscientious care and cleanliness of the entire outdoor area, including mowing
• Snow removal and gritting of roads and paths on the hotel grounds and at the associated apartments
• Professional collection of recyclable materials, waste separation and disposal
• Carrying out minor repair work in the hotel and staff houses as well as rented private houses next to the hotel
• Carrying out minor repairs and painting work in the hotel

• Completed technical training in the field of building technology or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience as a caretaker or in a similar position
• Good knowledge of German
• Enjoyment of cooperation and reliability
• Willingness to be on call on Sundays and public holidays
• Independent and structured way of working
• Wear a well-groomed appearance and protective clothing

• Full-year position with 2-5 days a week
